The next Frome Symphony concert, on the 15th of December, takes a look back at the last five years of the orchestra’s performances, and presents a sort of ‘Best of Frome Symphony’ concert, with much-loved pieces.

These pieces include: Rossini’s Italian Girl in Algiers Overture, Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, Schubert’s Rosamunde’s Entr’actes, Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre, and Warlock’s Capriol Suite. Danse Macabre is a new piece for Frome Symphony and the orchestra’s co-leader, Ursula Voigt, will be performing the solo violin part.
